I'm Bryana! A mother of 2, an experienced and certified birth and postpartum doula with a passion for all things birth! With dual certifications and extensive experience attending births, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, knowledgeable, and unwavering support to families.  I have built Strong foundations to be just that—a steady, reliable presence for the families I support, giving them a strong foundation to take on parenthood. Through advocacy, guidance, and continuous support, I ensure that my clients feel empowered and informed every step of the way.  As a mother with a deep passion for caring for others, I understand firsthand the importance of nurturing and uplifting families during their journey into parenthood and that is exactly what I aim to do!
